Chapter 20: Acting Early
Luo Yuxi was about to return to the church when, just as she left the elf shop, she heard a series of escalating moans from inside. She couldn’t help but sigh, surprised that a human girl and a Mythical Species were so… open about it.
“Ah, youth is truly wonderful…”
“Miss Luo~ What a coincidence~?”
“Hmm?”
Just as Luo Yuxi was about to head back, a familiar voice called out from behind. She turned and saw a somewhat familiar girl with long, raven-black hair that gave her a refreshing aura. Her face looked a little pale.
“Are you… Isabelle?”
“That’s wonderful! It’s been so long, and that look you just gave me, like I was a stranger, really scared me~”
Isabelle approached slowly. Luo Yuxi recalled their first meeting, when she had just arrived in this world and been unexpectedly confessed to. She had almost thoughtlessly agreed.
“So, Isabelle, what’s the matter? If it’s about the same thing as last time…”
Luo Yuxi assumed Isabelle wanted an answer to her previous confession. But Luo Yuxi had other things to worry about. If Isabelle found out that she not only hadn’t accepted her confession but also had a complicated relationship with her sister Alice, who knew what this high-level NPC would do to her.
“I still can’t let you go~”
After saying this cryptic line, Isabelle pushed open the door to the elf shop and walked in. Luo Yuxi wanted to stop her, but hesitated and lowered her hand, confused by Isabelle’s words. She hadn’t heard the second part of Isabelle’s sentence, muttered under her breath after she had turned around, a crazed smile on her face:
“…because my sister should be interested in you too~”
Luo Yuxi returned to the church. Opening the door, she found both Ling Shuang and Isaiah gone.
“Did they both go shopping?”
She went upstairs and was about to enter her bedroom when she heard strange noises coming from Ling Shuang’s room. She realized where they were.
“Really, what’s the matter? Why hide in the room to talk?”
Luo Yuxi curiously walked towards Ling Shuang’s room and was about to knock when she heard Isaiah’s moans. Her hand froze in midair.
“No… Please, don’t~”
“Really, with those two big orbs, aren’t you tired? And your collar is so low! Are you trying to seduce my sister?!”
“But this is the maid outfit you gave me!”
“So you dare talk back! I’ll teach you to dress so lewdly! I’ll teach you to seduce my sister!”
“No~”
Hearing Isaiah’s pleas, Luo Yuxi quickly opened the door and saw Ling Shuang straddling Isaiah, kneading her breasts relentlessly. Isaiah, breathless from Ling Shuang’s skilled hands, saw Luo Yuxi and tried to call for help, but Ling Shuang pressed a finger against her tongue, silencing her.
“Oh, Sister, you’re back~”
“Wha… what are you doing…?”
Luo Yuxi panicked. She shouldn’t have barged in. She was no match for Ling Shuang in terms of strength. She usually relied on her “older sister” status to keep Ling Shuang in check, but if Ling Shuang was even slightly displeased, Luo Yuxi would be the one crawling into bed.
“As you can see, I’m playing a fun little game with Isaiah~”
Ling Shuang said with a smile, but her eyes were cold. A snow wolf that had tasted fresh meat wouldn’t be satisfied with just licking the skin. Luo Yuxi was clearly the delicious fresh meat. The forced abstinence of the past few days had left Ling Shuang frustrated. She ignored Isaiah’s pleading gaze and lowered her head.
“I… I understand. You two continue playing, I have something to do, so I won’t disturb you…”
Luo Yuxi quickly closed the door and fled, leaving Isaiah alone with Ling Shuang. Ling Shuang, recalling the soft feeling in her hands, thought, Similar softness, shouldn’t be too different, right?
“Really, Sister Yuxi runs so fast. I wanted to discuss some study topics with her…”
“It’s already this late, I’ll go clean up!”
Isaiah turned and ran towards the door, but before she could take a few steps, her wrist was grabbed. The little girl in front of her, much shorter than Isaiah, looked like a little devil.
“This is a trainee nun’s outfit, and this…”
With Luo Yuxi about to leave for the Elven Forest, Ling Shuang, unable to bear the loneliness, threw a nun’s habit at Isaiah, along with a picture of Luo Yuxi’s face, which she stuck onto Isaiah’s.
“You’ll be my toy for the next few days. If I’m happy, I might let you go~”
Ling Shuang stroked Isaiah’s stocking-clad legs. After a while, she noticed that Isaiah’s legs, toned from training, were completely different from Luo Yuxi’s soft, addictive legs.
“Tsk, just a substitute, that’s all you can be…”
Meanwhile, Luo Yuxi heard a knock at the door downstairs. Just as she was about to go inside to calm down, she had to go to the main hall instead. Although it was past prayer time, she opened the door and saw a breathless Sybil standing outside.
“What’s wrong?”
“Come with me now. I was going to come find you tomorrow, but something came up, there’s no time to explain!”
Sybil looked at Luo Yuxi anxiously. Although Luo Yuxi wanted to ask what happened, seeing Sybil’s urgency, she simply picked up her luggage and followed her to the magic car station.
“What happened? Why are you in such a hurry?”
“My sister was attacked by monsters in the Corrupted Lands and needs a nun with Advanced Blessing. But it takes a lot of time for the high-ranking members of the Church to process the request, so I brought you over first, hoping you can help!”
“The Corrupted Lands?!”
