Chapter 99: The Ominous Glowing Stone
The pedestrian street was deserted in the deep night.
A beautifully decorated milk tea shop, with only an artistic sign hanging above the door, twinkling. Inside, most of the lights were off, leaving only one counter illuminated.

…Meanwhile, Ruo Xiaoxi and Latona returned to their apartment building from the convenience store.
Ruo Xiaoxi handed the bag to Latona and said, “Latona, take the snacks home first. Do you have the key? I forgot to buy laundry detergent, I’ll go to the supermarket ahead and buy a bag.”
“Laundry detergent? What’s that? Can I eat it too?” Latona seemed to have turned into a little foodie.
