Chapter 63: The Ultimate Comeback
Lola held a rotating cube in her right hand. Luo Yuxi, her tattered nun’s habit a testament to her struggle, was running out of stamina from constantly dodging.
“Strange, I’ve never seen anyone use Holy Flame like this. It usually only lasts for a short time, but you’ve been using it for a whole hour?”
Lola looked at Luo Yuxi, covered in white flames, the fire now weakening. Such a self-destructive attack should have consumed her by now.
“Want to know how? I’ll tell you today…”
Luo Yuxi panted, having recovered a small amount of stamina with Heal, but the spell consumed a lot of mana. She could only last ten more minutes, or she wouldn’t be able to cast Heal and would be consumed by the flames.
“I should have learned more skills…”
“Heh, what’s the use of learning other skills? You learn other skills because you’re not strong enough. I was born with a Spatial Holy Mark. What’s wrong with being my exclusive nun?!”

Lola impatiently raised her hand again. Luo Yuxi knew another attack was coming and rushed towards Lola, hoping to close the distance. But after only two steps, a square void appeared where she had been standing, slicing off another piece of her habit.
“Don’t come any closer! Stay away from me!!”
Lola’s eyes flickered with panic as Luo Yuxi charged towards her. Just as Luo Yuxi was about to touch her, the scene shifted. The white cubic space vanished, and they were back on the street. Luo Yuxi passed right through Lola.
“What?!”
“You made me look bad! I’ll lock you in my space and humiliate you endlessly!”
Lola angrily waved her hand, and they were back in the cubic space. Luo Yuxi looked at Lola’s hand, which had almost touched her but had vanished at the last moment.
“So that’s how it is. Your spatial ability isn’t that great after all…”
Luo Yuxi moved her wrists, finally understanding Lola’s ability. She had thought Lola could freely manipulate space, but that would be too broken.
“What are you talking about?!”
“You can only control two separate cubic spaces, right…?”
“!!!”
Luo Yuxi had finally figured out the discrepancy. Lola’s supposedly powerful spatial manipulation only involved creating a single cube around her target and another to form the enclosed space.
“It seems I was right. And you can only control one effectively. The other is just used to create this space…”
“Shut up! I can’t believe you figured it out. Now I want you even more~”
Lola summoned a cube, no longer bothering to hide her secret. Once Luo Yuxi became her exclusive nun and eventually the Saintess, no one would ever know.
“But I don’t want to be yours…”
Luo Yuxi looked around. Lola could only control two cubic spaces, one for the barrier and one for attack. She had to approach Lola during her attack.
“Let’s begin round two. I’ll start by removing your limbs~”
Lola bit down on her lollipop. Luo Yuxi charged towards her. A large cube appeared, blocking her path. She stopped abruptly, narrowly avoiding being trapped.

“Why won’t you just let me cut you in half?!”
A blinding light filled the space. Lola shielded her eyes, then glanced down and saw a shadow rapidly approaching. She smirked and activated her skill.

“Your movements are too predictable! I’ve got you!”
The cube instantly enveloped the shadow, seemingly cutting it in two. Lola smiled triumphantly.
“Such a pretty face, too bad it’ll be ruined~”
Lola approached, wanting to taunt her defeated opponent, but when the smoke cleared, there was no bisected body, only a neatly severed nun’s habit. Lola froze, then realized what had happened.
“It seems your plan has failed…”
“!!!”
Luo Yuxi’s voice came from behind. Lola turned and saw Luo Yuxi, only in her underwear, standing there, panting. Although she looked exhausted, Lola felt a chill run down her spine.
“You’ve been talking a lot, but I’ve figured out your skill…”
“You…”
“Don’t move… it takes you five seconds to recall those cubes. How many seconds do you think it will take me to reach you from this distance…?”
Lola looked at Luo Yuxi, only a meter away, still clinging to a sliver of hope. She twitched her right hand, and Luo Yuxi punched her in the stomach, the pain bringing tears to her eyes.
“I told you not to move…”
“No way… I lost… The Saintess position should be mine, I have a Spatial Holy Mark, how could I lose here…?”
Lola recalled her childhood. Because of her Spatial Holy Mark, she had become a nun directly after coming of age. Within a few years, she became a Saintess candidate, the envy of her peers.
“Why don’t you learn divine arts?”
“I have a Spatial Holy Mark, those basic divine arts are a waste of time. Becoming Saintess is my goal~”
Lola remembered her arrogant words, the envious gazes of her fellow nuns, who, despite their resentment, couldn’t defy her. She was supposed to become the Saintess. And now, she had lost to a newly appointed Saintess candidate.
“It’s over. If I had a weapon, you would be dead. I win, right…?”
“No way! The Saintess position! Powerful divine arts! And you! They should all be mine!”
“Hey, hey, hey, you’re not going to be a sore loser, are you?”
“I’m the final winner!!”
