Escaping Corruption: I’m Not the Dragon King’s Little Darling Wife! 2

2. The Dragon King is a Female Pervert!

Reina had quite a few reservations about the Dragon King.

She still remembered the hundreds of times she had cleared the game, the miserable and sorrowful hidden beneath the Dragon King’s beautiful, evil exterior, betrayed and framed by various demon races, finally leaping off a cliff to end her own life in front of the protagonist – it was hard not to feel a pang of heartache.

At the very least, Reina could say from the bottom of her heart that this person probably had nothing to do with the human invasion.

She might even be a good person.

But for Reina herself, the connection was huge; the vassalization was completely in the Dragon King’s hands.

Regardless, her appearance was that of a dominant young girl, holding immense power in the Dark Realm, and she was the most powerful single-entity boss.

A true “strongest creature.”

Before the Dragon King spoke, Reina could only hear her own heartbeat. Her attention involuntarily focused on this strongest creature before her, not daring to relax in the slightest.

“Sweet little bird, what happened here?”

The Dragon King spoke with a half-smile, as if questioning, yet also as if praising.

This subtle feeling was just like in the game.

At that time, it was the climax of the story. The Dragon King suddenly made a move, making the protagonist realize the terrifying gap between himself and the peak.

It was as if that plot point was telling the player that the Dragon King would kill anyone who stood in her way.

The “sweet little bird” she just mentioned was probably referring to herself.

Although she found it a bit hard to accept such a title, ever since losing her most important organ, Reina knew that one day she would have to face reality.

She immediately adopted the same submissive attitude as the others, and skillfully said:

“This man was a sinner who attempted to rebel. Grandma was killed by him.”

If the nobleman were the protagonist, he definitely wouldn’t be controlled.

Judging from the gruesome wounds and torn clothes on the protagonist’s body, it was clear that he had been injured by Grandma’s teeth and claws.

Based on the villagers’ state and their peculiar reactions when facing the Dragon King, the Dragon King most likely knew that Grandma was being controlled.

Therefore, this was a setup.

But some things were still uncertain…

Did the Dragon King know her identity? Or was there any way to see through her disguise? If discovered, how should she respond?

These questions flashed through Reina’s mind, but only the Dragon King could provide the answers.

The Dragon King gave a gentle smile, like a wise older sister:

“Well done. May I ask your name?”

“Reina.”

“What a beautiful name.”

The door closed.

The Dragon King walked to the bedside. With a mere flick of her wrist, dark magic consumed the filthy flesh and blood, renewing the entire room as if it had just been cleaned.

The sticky bloodstains on Reina also disappeared. This wasn’t a magic trick, but high-level magic.

Reina kept her head lowered, showing the utmost respect to the Dragon King. Imitating the maid’s mannerisms from memory, she lifted the hem of her skirt, her sideburns falling slightly. From this angle, Reina could see the two heavy mounds of flesh on her chest.

The Dragon King didn’t leave. She gently touched Reina’s waist, a fleeting touch, her index finger trailing along that slender hand, brushing against Reina’s full breasts.

What was the Dragon King doing? She really did have these peculiar tendencies!

Reina was trying to endure, but she hadn’t expected a female body to be so sensitive, letting out a few soft whimpers.

Fortunately, these sounds didn’t expose her identity.

Because, in the next few seconds, just as Reina thought she was done for, the Dragon King started speaking to herself: “I’ve been waiting for this day for a long time.”

“The man you killed was my enemy.”

“Because of him, an ordinary human, I was forced to repeatedly experience that final cycle hundreds of times. So, under this eternal night, I’ve waited for this once-in-a-millennium opportunity. This way, I can solve everything from the root.”

“When he appears, I will wait at the beginning of his journey to punish him, to torment him, until he understands my pain.”

The Dragon King brought her face closer to Reina, lifting her chin with a slight smile: “I’m sorry, but for you, these things must be very abrupt. After all, he was the master you once served.”

“Perhaps I should have come earlier to explain this matter clearly.”

Reina shook her head and said, “No, Your Majesty, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with killing him.”

“Then why did you wait until today to do it?”

I’m so sorry, Mr. Protagonist, but since you’re dead, please let me make the most of your remaining value!

“I don’t know what kind of magic he used to disguise himself. Please forgive me, Your Majesty.” Reina knelt on one knee, controlling her facial expression and trying to remain calm so as to appear more genuine.

This whole thing was indeed quite abrupt.

She thought it was strange enough for the final boss to show up at the starting area and kill everyone. It seemed she even retained the memories of those hundreds of playthroughs, waiting in the novice village to hunt down the protagonist!

Reina suddenly felt very lucky.

Transmigrating as a maid, there was a slim chance of survival.

Transmigrating as the protagonist, there was no chance of survival.

But she at least didn’t have to face the Dragon King’s violation, trampling, or even bloody torture on the day of her arrival. As an equivalent exchange, she also lost many important things.

The Dragon King stood up, walked in front of Reina, and looked deeply into her eyes. She pulled Reina up, took her arm, and pressed intimately close to her.

She didn’t continue the previous topic, a hint of playfulness in her smile:

“You have something special inside you.”

“…”

Something special?!

Thump-thump-thump—

Reina’s heart raced, her eyes widening slightly.

Was she exposed? Was the “special thing” referring to her consciousness or her curse?!

“What do you mean, Your Majesty?”

Reina had made a series of preparations, including verbal prevarications. She even began to recall the Dragon King’s skills and movements, calculating how to escape.

But to her surprise, the Dragon King reached out, skillfully untied her collar, slipped her hand inside, and gently caressed Reina’s jade-like neck.

The ticklish sensation made Reina blush slightly, but to avoid exposing herself as a human, she could only resist this unbearable feeling. In her panic, she saw her own chest.

Right there, a red mark connected to her neck, extending downwards until it was buried beneath her ample breasts, deeply imprinted on her flesh.

Reina knew a little about this curse.

The curse was like a birthmark, having long been a part of her body. In the coming month, it would rapidly worsen, invading her brain and heart, even her soul.

“The Dragon Mark is my insignia. Generally, things that belong to me have this mark.”

The Dragon King smiled, staring intently at Reina’s chest, unsure whether she was observing the ominous aura emanating from the Dragon Mark or admiring the proudly standing peaks.

“Sweet little bird, if you want to survive in this world, try to obey, not resist.”

Dark magic pulsed at her fingertips, burrowing into the Dragon Mark. The collision of magic and flesh seemed to be causing some kind of change.

Reina’s suspended heart finally sank completely, because the Dragon Mark was evolving in a worsening direction!

In other words, the month or so she had left was even shorter now. Maybe a week, no, maybe tomorrow she would be vassalized.

Now, Reina wanted to take back what she had said before.

Not to mention transmigrating as a maid, even being someone related to the protagonist was a standard hell mode start.

Suddenly, a warm, moist sensation on her lips stopped her thoughts. Her waist was embraced, and she lost her balance, forced to lean back. The Dragon King seized the opportunity and kissed her.

Ahhhh! I’ve run into a female pervert!

Reina couldn’t remember what happened afterward. She only felt that something important was gradually disappearing.

In a daze, she heard a sentence: “Obeying me is the best choice. I’ll come see you again tomorrow, sweet Reina~”

After that, Reina was enveloped in drowsiness and fell into a deep sleep.

Five hours later, the Dragon King, after settling Reina, walked out of the room.

Light rain was still falling outside. She walked through the haze like a dark fairy.

The burly warrior in scarlet armor, known as the captain of the Red Dragon Knights, seemed to have been waiting for a long time. Seeing the Dragon King’s figure, he quickly knelt on one knee and uttered a muffled voice:

“Is he really dead?”

The Dragon King shook her head.

“I can feel it. The human who killed me is still in this world.”

“That must be an illusion, Your Majesty. There cannot be a second person who could pose such a threat to you.”

“My instincts are never wrong.”

The Dragon Knight stood up, nodded slightly, and suddenly became indignant. He was very concerned about this matter:

“I will order them to conduct a thorough search. If all else fails, kill everyone in the village.”

“This is my personal matter. There’s no need to make a big fuss.”

“But you said that you must see his corpse with your own eyes and consume his flesh and blood, or you will never have peace!”

The Dragon King had originally thought so too. She would definitely have that damned human die a thousand deaths.

But after seeing that calm maid, she changed her mind.

That sense of familiarity from hundreds of battles couldn’t be wrong.

Even if their identities conflicted, she could vaguely feel that Reina was the “protagonist” who had fought countless battles with her.

The knight didn’t give up: “Your Majesty, humans are cunning and deceitful. I believe it’s best to kill her quickly to avoid future trouble!”

The Dragon King smiled faintly: “You don’t have to worry about this. I will personally monitor Reina. If she has any exceptional abilities, I will naturally see them.”

If the beautiful Reina were truly the protagonist, she would use the experience and memories from those hundreds of playthroughs to change the course of Wood Town and lead the rise of humanity.

Of course, at this point, such things were impossible.

“A bird in a cage cannot escape my grasp no matter how it flaps its wings.”

“She will completely fall and become a monster. At that time, I will have to pamper her well~”
